Broke out the grill the other day and whipped this up:

Grilled marinated flank steak with cilantro chimichurri:

1 2-3# flank steak
juice of 2 limes
4 garlic cloves
1-2 diced chipotles in adobo (depending on heat)
1/4 cup cilantro diced
2 T olive oil
salt & pepper to taste

Combine and marinate (I use big freezer bags) for an hour.

Grill ~5-7 minutes per side over a hot fire for rare to medium rare.

Serve with chimichurri on the side:

1 T olive oil
1/4 cup cilantro diced
2 cloves garlic diced
salt & pepper to taste

Also serve with extra diced chipotles on the side. I added black beans and rice to round out the meal and raw cucumber and tomato salad, which you could obviously omit.

Try pork ribs cook in VH sauce.
Its very easy recipe

boiled the ribs in water and salt for 45 minutes
remove water and add the VH sauce + 3-4 big spoon of brown sugar, set the fire at medium and cover it. 40 minutes

after 25 minutes, have a look and add some water if needed. Do not let the sauce turn into molasse
