Pork chops,
Pork loins
Chicken breasts
Tilapia
Beef Sirloin

I am wondering what i could serve with these + what sauces would be good for them?

Low carbs sauces though

Protein diet eh...
Steamed veggies = awesome side dish...salad with light dressing as well...
if you're into hot sauce get some Tabasco and use that shit!!! I would say A1 as well but A1 has like 15 calories per serving...

I like to get soysauce+vinegar+black pepper and use that as a sauce since it's light on calories with a lot of flavor.

white rice with corn is delicious with tilapia and steamed veggies like mentioned above. if you eat the tilapia with lime juice it's DELICIOUS. of course there's also the option of baking the tilapia on a bed of spinach with tomato and onion but that's not what you asked for lol

For the pork mix some mustard, soy sauce, and brown sugar and rub it. Grill or bake.

Quinoa hands down. Where rice has 2 grams of protein to 100 grams of substance, Quinoa has 14 grams per 100g (3.4oz)

Quinoa for a side hands down. especially if you're looking for protein. 14grams of protein per 100g. White rice only has 2.5g
