finally perfected my hot and sour soup after weeks of trying, i used squid and hot and spicy chili oil in with a recipe i had and omg it turned out perfect this time, the brother in law loved it made me so happy lol

Mind to share your recipe and how you cook it step by step ?

look like you prepare tom yum soup ?

i used that recipe as a base, used the squid instead of the pork, also didnt put in the corn starch. i doubled everything and used hot chili oil and white pepper to taste once it was done, OHHH man i hit the nail on the head this time so excited lol

That actually looks pretty good i might have to try it some time ^_^ but not sure where i would get squid at around here lol..

the local asian food market will have it for sure it where i got it from lol

Yeah the problem about that though is that i live in a small town so only places we got around here is walmart and a few small grocery stores. Probably just wait till i go to the city next or i'll just try it with that pork first then try the squid see what i like best never had squid before though :P

Edit/ Saving that recipe for future use.
