Fish is delicious. :) Loves me some fish.

Unfortunately, my wife is allergic. Like, even the smell makes her naseous. So, haven't had fish in the house for a while.

Wife is going with her mum to Vegas for a couple of days to celebrate mum's birthday. :) So, I'm gonna cook me up some fish!

The problem is, it's been so long since I've cooked fish, I don't know what I wanna do with it. Should I throw it on the grill? Throw it in the oven? Do it up in a pan?

wat do, jsp? Gimme your best fish recipies. :)

I only know how to cook salmon.

Always wanted to learn how to make a good catfish though.

Anyways, salmon is pretty easy to make.
I've baked, grilled, and fried it.

My favorite is grilled salmon though.
Seasoning is pretty basic.
Black pepper, lemon juice, cilantro, a little bit of Lawry season salt, olive oil.

I after rubbing the seasonings into the salmon, I put it into a ziploc bag and let marinade for a few hours.

Take it out and grill!

it depends what fish you're cooking... you wanna cook it differently depending on the fish type... some fish you wanna cook em rare (like blue marlin), some medium (like salmon) , some well-done (like cod)... some fish are more appropriate for grilling, some pan seared ,etc..
