When you taste these, there is no way you'll go back to the store-bought stuff. Not kidding over here...

Step #1: Prepare the bread dough using a bread-making machine.

3 cups bread flour (not all-purpose. Up to 1/2 cup may be substituted for whole wheat.)
1 cup lukewarm water (about 75 seconds heating in the microwave)
2 tablespoons melted butter
2 tablespoons honey
2 tablespoons milk
1 teaspoon salt
1 packet yeast (The one that works much better for me is "Quick-Rise" or "bread machine" kind. That's the one having vitamin C (ascorbic acid) in it.)

I throw in all the ingredients in the machine and I use the "dough" cycle. Takes about 1 1/2 hours.

Step #2: Filling:

Mix and set aside:
1 tablespoon ground cinnamon
1/4 cup packed brown sugar

Melt and set aside (do not combine with the mix above):
2 tablespoon butter

Step #3: Put it together.

- Push down and roll the dough on a floured surface to 12" x 16" rectangle.
- Brush it with melted butter; sprinkle the cinnamon mix over the surface; tightly roll up lengthwise to give a 12"-long packed roll.
- Carefully slice into rounds in 1" wide and place in a buttered-coated pan, cut side facing up. They should be crammed together :)
- Let it rise for 30 minutes.
- Preheat the oven at 375 F.
- Bake in the center of the oven until well baked and brown -- about 30 minutes.
- Invert on a serving plate.

These cinnamon rolls are seriously yummy.....

Ah! Ah! The machine takes that time. You have to do nothing during meanwhile.

Then you roll up the dough, wait (again), and bake.

C'mon man! That's not hard.
