This is more 'culinary' and less 'art' but I have a frozen lasagna in the oven and I was wondering how to check when it's done? Usually when I cook them I burn the bottom. The lasagna is in an aluminum pan with an aluminum cover that I remove about 20 minutes before it's done. Any tips would be greatly appreciated.

Just check it periodically and once the pasta is done to your liking it's done - check it at 15 min. Some people like it crispier than others, it's all about how you want it.

usually frozen lasagnas are done when they are burned around the edges and the middle isn't frozen. to check take a knife and stab the middle, if the tip of the knife if cold it isn't done
