Escargots

This are amazing, i love them in the garlic and butter sauce or even baked.

I seen the canned escargot at the supermarket. I am half tempted to try it at least once. What do they taste like?

They taste like mild, well-cooked mushrooms. Douse them in butter and broil come cheese on top for a tasty snack. Some people really like them, but honestly, replace them with shellfish in almost any situation and the dish is better.
