You should buy some wood chips and smoke some of your meat, what kind of beef do you have?

Beer can chicken is always a great choice.

I definitely second the beer can chicken. It turns out super moist and delicious! Make sure to drink the beer first, I haven't found it to add any flavour as most will suggest.

It adds moisture. Why would you use a beer can if it was empty anyway? Also, mix in a dry rub into the beer, the same that you put on the chicken. It adds the flavor to the outside (from rubbing it on) and the inside.
