I have been dieting the last week or so and I am looking for some good low calorie very low card meals and side dishes
I've experimented with things I've mostly been eating fish/chicken with green leafy veggies but it gets bland
I'm also trying to go on the organic side
some things I've made are
fresh cod with lemon pepper (fresh lemon and cracked pepper) with fresh green beans
one of the main things is I don't really like tuna all that much except mixed with mayo, I was looking for a good healthy alternative to use tuna, I read that Worcestershire tastes good in it?
