Shrimp meat, clam meat, crab meat, bread crumbs, garlic, onion, celery, mushrooms, parsley, salt, pepper. with some mozzarella melted on top.

Now, in the picture I only had medium sized shrimp, you should be using very large shrimp and about 3 should make a good portion. I also didn't use mozzarella in the picture, I only had parmesan. :)

if you like mushrooms you shoudl try stuffing mushrooms with that stuff maybe dice up the shrimp and bake them with the mozzarella on them :drool:

As far as the presentation goes as I said before these are supposed to be really large shrimp which are easier to stuff/look nice. It was also just a lunch for me so I wasn't too invested, lol.

i hope the bread crumbs and cheese didnt over power everything, looks pretty good i would ladle some sauce mayb some bearnaisse or a light sauce
