that pic has chunkiness, i can see the parsley intact, if u really want the color, u could blanch + dry parsley then throw it in a blender with a liquid ingredient
that way the green will bleed into the mix more
lol y u want it so green? u could use food coloring and/or blanched + dried spinach puree if ure desperate for color
