Iso a broth recipe (beef broth, chicken broth)
I don't mind buying as long as it is easy to find at large-chain grocery stores

if u want somethin really easy
get a package of chicken cuts like thighs, drums, wings, breast w/e
marinate them in a large container with:
-one of those 16 oz things of chicken or beef broth
-1/2 cup of lemon or lime juice
-tbl spoon vinegar (any)
-a light sprinkle of salt and pepper
-optional fresh herbs nn to chop
-marinate this for overnight
-drain the marinade tomorrow and throw the chicken in the oven with a little bit of vegetable oil
-roast at like 400 degrees (u can do it in a toaster oven too)

vvv if u want something more challenging :P vvv

-take one of those 16 oz things of chicken broth or beef broth and put em in a large saute pan
-add like 1 tsp black pepper, 1 bay leaf, 1/2 cup chopped onions (any kind), and 1 tablespoon of any vinegar or wine (choose one that u like)
-reduce the liquid down (uncovered) to until it starts to look thick (test with a spoon to see thickness)
-the reduction will take a while so while its working..

-in another saute pan on medium heat, add a little olive oil to lightly cover the bottom
-add 2 diced chicken breasts and shake or move them around with a spatula to color on all sides
-while they're cooking add like 2 tsp of iodized salt or 1 tablespoon of kosher salt or 1 1/2 tsp of sea salt (whichever kind salt u got :P)
-also add 2 tsp of ground cumin, and 1 tsp of black or white pepper
-if ud like to add any chopped vegetables heres where u add them
-color the chicken then kill the heat

(u can also roast the chicken in the oven at liek 400 degrees with the same ingredients if u want)

-now u have a base for many recipes...

-simple chicken alfredo:
-cook a small box of pasta, then throw everything together in a large enough pan
-add 1 cup of cream and fold the mixture on medium low heat with parmesan cheese until it gets thick enough
-(optional) chopped fresh herbs
-ready

-tomato sauce
-add small spoons of tomato paste to the reduction until its saucy :P
-add seasoning and like 1/2 cup of diced tomatoes to the sauce
-add 1 tablespoon of brown sugar
-stir to combine (no heat required after reduction)
-mix with chicken.. from here u can add pasta too
-(optional) chopped fresh herbs or dry herbs like basil
-ready

-stir fry rice
-scramble like 2-3 eggs in another pan
-add 2 table spoons of soy sauce to the eggs
-1 tsp of ground ginger or fresh
-1 tsp of black or white pepper
-(optional) add spiciness like tobasco or cayenne or other heat
-stir to get the egg off the bottom and kill heat (deglazing)
-obviously u need rice.. cook like 2 and 1/2 cups of raw rice separately and season with salt and olive oil
or u can use any rice u like maybe boxed :P
-mix everything together in a large container (maybe a huge bowl)
-rdy :)

-soup
-add everything to a larger pot with like a gallon of water
-add like 3 cups chopped mirepoix, and like 1 cup of finely chopped white part of leeks
-add 1 cup small diced potatoes
-cook until potatoes are soft when u taste
-add 1 cup of frozen peas or vegetables if u desire
-add chopped herbs if u like
-adjust the seasoning and taste

u can substitute the chicken for medium diced beef
u can also made salads..
u can make pizza with this
other stuff too

hope u leikd this
