So since yogurt is so good for you what do u like to do with it? also what are ur favorite brands to buy?
so far best i've heard is mixing it with blueberries, walnuts, flaxseed and honey. idk if it tastes good or not but supposed to be awesome health wise.

Around here the only brand i will buy is Liberty, because it's the only one w/o corchstarch and or gelatin in it.... i cant stand all those crappy commercial (dannon etc) , texture is horrible....

i think my favorite thing to do with yogurt make a greek pizza
yogurt, cheese and seasoning and onions go well with yogurt sauces

o ya smoothies r awesome wit it too
replace sour cream in any smoothie recipe with yogurt
