Gonna have to give me more instructions
How long do I bake it and what temperature?
do I put anything on the tray?
like do i put foil on the tray then the meat? or just put the meat on with oil on bottom

Eat that thick slab of meat raw.

Lol. Seriously. Baking, marinate with salt and pepper to taste. Coat pan with thin layer of oil. Bake at max (400F?) for about 10-20min (depends on your taste), flip, repeate

really depends on what you're cooking but bake, pan fry, grill are going to be your main options

also, the temperature and time depend on the thickness of your burger and how well done you want it.

/e not sure if this works, but dont people generally sear the meat before they would throw it in an oven?
