Two pizzas made from scratch, including the dough.

Sauce pre-made (takes too long).

Around 5 lbs of cheese? I didn't measure it out.

About 6 lbs of ground beef made into burger patties.

Two pounds of bacon, one pound in the beef patties, and another made into a weave and placed between them.

Any questions, comments, or wtfux, post away and I'll respond when I can.

I'm surprised the beef cooked all the way though
Can hardly tell though with the pics but I don't see any pic in the center of the beef so that's good.

I agree with not enough bacon being used.

I was just as surprised as you might have been Act1, since I refused to use a meat thermometer - just went by touch.

Next time I plan on taking better pictures with a real camera instead of a camera phone.

We did Jager and Rumplemintz instead of Jack, cause that's what I had laying around.

beef is supposed to be pink in the middle, medium rare is how your supposed to cook beef.

Really depends on the quality of beef, for something *this* big, we were going for like a Medium-Well, which was what it was. There was just barely some pink, but it isn't quite viewable.

Ground beef served medium rare is OK only if it's really good quality, fresh of the day and made with a clean grinder.
Not really the case of grocery sold ground beef...
