Okay, so we cooked ribs 2 nights ago, but today I was hungry for lunch, we stored them in our refrigator, i just took them out today and microwaved them.. and im eating them now how long can i keep them in the refrigator until they become bad? cuz right now they taste good lol

damn so paying the 13$ for all these ribs wasn't a bad deal at all, lol
and people think eating healthy is expensive.. rofl

eggs go for 1.70$ for a dozen..

Ribs aren't always healthy tbh it all depends on how you cook them. And i don't buy my eggs cause we have chickens lol.

Ribs will keep in excess of a week if kept at the right temperature..
I wouldn't go much past 7 days but we have used ribs after 7 days commercially.

That doesn't speak well of your restaurant. The FDA recommends 3-4 days, but all meat dries out significantly if refrigerated and reheated at all.

you'll be able to tell when its not good to eat. judge by sight then smell then taste. if it passes all 3, then its fine. i dont throw something away just because the expiration date is today, or follow some hard rule on when to throw away food. thats plain wasteful and very sheep mentality. this is for my own personal consumption tho. for a restaurant, ofc u'd want to serve the freshest food possible. any sign of old, kept food and i would never go back to a restaurant

ok now lets all judge this person. this is my friend who totally failed at grilling ribs. lol! look at that flame

The only problem with that outlook is that you can neither see nor smell nor taste much of the bacteria that can make you sick. If I'm not planning to use something within 3 days, I freeze it.
