Best meatloaf I've ever had by far:

You don't have to use his name brand products either. The spice mix is:

2 whole bay leaves
1 tablespoon salt
1 teaspoon cayenne
1 teaspoon black pepper
1/2 teaspoon white pepper
1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg

and you can use regular Tabasco sauce

I serve it with his brown beef gravy (from his recipe). Basically saute onions, celery, and green pepper in butter with garlic, make a dark roux, add beef stock, lots of diced jalapenos, and cajun spices (black, white, red peppers and bay leaves).
