Marinate the chicken with some minced garlic, a little olive oil, the juice of 1-2 limes, leave it for like 6 hours, throw it on the grill (over indirect heat if you can wait the time, it will be very juicy and tender).

Make a mango salsa. Dice up some fresh mango, some red pepper, red onions, a little diced tomato, diced jalapeño, fresh squeezed lime juice, season with salt and pepper.

Serve the salsa over the chicken with some white rice on the side.

Bon appétit! :)

That sounds yummy

Since im usually prtty busy, ill just get out the chicken the night before and marinate them in some kind of dressing or marinade. I used a red wine vingerette the other night, and it was pretty good

Then ill just throw them on the grill or even put a little breading around them and bake em :) Simple enough

be careful cause some marinades should only be done for 30mins to an hour, some of em if left overnight will only ruin or overrun the taste of the food.

Yeah pretty much... italian dressing is a big no-no for me... also slow cook in the frying pan is not the best way to cook chicken..
