spices:

Pepper
garlic salt
onion powder
dill

equipment:

metal basket that can be used with a rotisserie or just to make is easy to turn over
barbecue

other ingredients

four thin slices of lemon
extra virgin olive oil - brush on as needed to prevent the steelhead from drying out


ended up flakey and had a very pleasant smokey flavor

Why not filling your trout with fresh onions and garlic instead of using that nasty powder stuff?
And yeah if you cook it for one hour you really gotta make sure youre using indirect heat, and very low one... like 175F...

ya for sure but these were steelhead steak cuts from costco forgot to list that part my bad.
