This is very popular in Sweden, I don't know about other countries. Anyway, it tastes great and you should really try this the next time you eat Macaroni.

What you need:
Macaroni for 4 servings

Milk
Flour
Butter
nutmeg

Boil the macaroni in water like you normally do.

Melt 3 tablespoons of butter in a sauce pan and add 3 tablespoons of Flour. Make sure the heat isn't too high because this can burn easily.
Add the milk and stir, let it boil for about five minutes.
Pour off the water from the macaroni and add into the "stuvning" like its called. Add nutmeg, salt and pepper.

Serve with any kind of food you normally eat Macaroni with, I recommend fried sausages, meatballs or bacon. ;)
