Need some good fish recipes. I move into my new house in two weeks and it is on a lake.

Lake is filled with catfish, trout, and bass. (So I am told) I did see some trout swimming around.

Fish will be gotten. :D )

I like cajun fried catfish or cajun seasoned ones, but not sure on recipe quick search yields me this

CAJUN FRIED CATFISH
2 lb. freshwater catfish fillets
2 c. cornmeal
3 tbsp. Cajun seasoning
1 c. milk
2 eggs
1/4 c. Creole (or brown) mustard
1 c. vegetable oil for frying (preferably peanut oil)
Rinse catfish fillets. Mix cornmeal with Cajun seasoning. In a shallow bowl mix milk, eggs and mustard. Dip catfish fillets in egg mixture then coat well with cornmeal mixture. Work cornmeal mixture into fillets with hands to coat well. Heat vegetable oil in a heavy skillet to 375 degrees. Fry fillets, 2-3 at a time in hot vegetable oil, turning once. Serve immediately. Serves 4.

I've watched a few vids of people cooking fish in a camp fire (along with various other foods).

heres one you could watch, Im fairly sure bass and bream would work good with the same method, but I have seen people lay bream and bass right onto the coals after gutting. They didnt scale em , they just laid the gutted fish on the fire and once the eyes got white and/or popped the fish was done.
