Ingedients:
2 Medium sized tomatos
A quarter of an iceberge letucce
4-6 medium-hard boiled eggs
Vinigar
Mustard
1 can of condensed milk
1 Cucumber
Any other salad you want, i like to mix it up.
Dice the tomatos
Shred the letucce
peel and dice the cucumber
Put all to the side
Take the boiled eggs and remove the yolks, put the whites with the salad to this side after dicing them.
Take the egg yolks and put them in a bowl, add a dash of vinigar, a squirt of mustard and a table spoon of condensed milk, mix it all up untill it is smooth, taste the mix and if its to your liking make enough to do the salad, if not then tweak the amounts(More vinigar for more bite, More condensed milk to make it sweeter, more mustard for more tang), every one is different and every one i know who i have shown this makes it differently.
When you have enough dressing mix all the salad in with it and you have a wet salad, sorry i dont give exact amounts but i make it by taste and i do it different every time i make it.
