classic japanese flavors for a spicy soy sauce ramen. u should try adding some smashed garlic for spiciness. bean sprouts is a great vege to use but okra would be more japanese. dont forget to garnish w/ green onion. the japanese like to add some sliced pork roast as well.
i usually eat korean ramyun which is already spicy. i add green onion, egg, seaweed, mushroom, some kinda crisp leafy vegetable, sometimes some kinda meat (tuna, mackerel, hot dog, spam, pork belly) or dumplings and mebe some rice cakes.
