Balsamic reduction for the salmon (for 2 portions of fish, the original reciepe is for trout but it was very good with salmon)

Ingredients:
1/4th cup of balsamic vinegar
1/4th cup of white wine
1 table spoon of honey

Preparation:

Mix the vinegar, the white wine and the honey in a pan and put it to boil for 20 minutes or so or untill you it has reduced to 1/2 half of the original quantity and has a syrup-y consistency

taken from this website (its in french)

Edit: not too sure about the 3 pepper sauce didnt see the reciepe and the cauli/broccoli were simply boiled i think
