I used to make this thing i call Fauxtatos

Its just like mashed potatos only it has more nutritional value.

Potatos are really just starch. So instead you can use a cauliflower

So basically it was this:

1 head cauli, diced ofc
1/4 cup milk
Salt to taste

thats the basic, you can ofc sup it up. I liked throwing some pepper and cheese in it. Very good with a homemade gravy

I would just throw that in a food processor and get it to the same consistancy as mashed potatos. My picky little brother couldnt tell the difference. Though it does smell like a cauliflower, it tastes just like mashed potatos :D

Gl with it! Lmk if anyone does it, i've love to hear about it :D

It's healthy, as long as you keep the salt down, and of course, not use gravy. Gravy is delicious, but it's not necessarily the healthiest thing for you XD

well its not exactly the same but we put cauliflower in the potatoes, so its less unhealthy :D

can also use pumpkin to change the texture!

not 100% healthy but makes it better
