I used to make this thing i call Fauxtatos
Its just like mashed potatos only it has more nutritional value.
Potatos are really just starch. So instead you can use a cauliflower
So basically it was this:
1 head cauli, diced ofc
1/4 cup milk
Salt to taste
thats the basic, you can ofc sup it up. I liked throwing some pepper and cheese in it. Very good with a homemade gravy
I would just throw that in a food processor and get it to the same consistancy as mashed potatos. My picky little brother couldnt tell the difference. Though it does smell like a cauliflower, it tastes just like mashed potatos
