Shrimp Civeche
1 can baby clams
1 pound cooked shrimp
2 medium chopped red onions
6 medium chopped plum tomatoes
4 to 5 limes
1 package fresh cilantro
1/2 of a small can of frozen orange juice
6 or more tbs ketchup
2 tbls olive oil
salt 7 pepper

1. Chop onions and tomatoes to desired sizes
2. Drain clams and add tomatoes,onions and cooked shrimp in a big deep bowl.
3. Add limes and frozen orange juice.
4. Add ketchup,cilantro,oil,sallt and pepper.
5. Mix all together and put in refigerator.
6. Serve cold with chips or tostitos on the side.
