i posted a recipe for this in hedonism's thread. everyone's recipe is almost the same, the only thing that usually differs is the type of sweetener used.
about this chef, maangchi (a very unusual moniker as it means 'hammer'), she seems to have had a good bit of success w/ her cooking and i've seen some of her videos have a lot of views and followers. however i disagree w/ some of her ingredient choices sometimes. 'aeriskitchen' is another popular korean youtube chef that you can watch to get another opinion about how a dish should be made.

JEB90 gave me an idea on how to make this dish fusion by incorporating a pesto. i haven't tried it yet but when i do i'll post the results :D

do any of u follow any cooks on youtube?
