Wanted this forum for so long! Thanks for finally adding it :)
I am an educated baker and I love cooking and trying new stuff and meals, hopefully this will be a great way for us to share foods and recipes. :)

Also, lately I have been on a LCHF (Low Carb High Fat) diet and if there are other people who have any experience with this diet I would love to discuss and trade recipes. :D

I'll start by sharing this Taco-Gratin with Garlic-Guacamole I made last night; (using google translate for some words, hopefully you'll understand what I mean  )

Avodacos
Salsa
Lemon juice
Salt
Pepper
Garlic pepper

Ground Beef
Taco spice mix
Onions
Corn
Tomatoes
Cheese

Split the Avocados in half and get the fruit meat out with a spoon. Mash it good, I used a fork.
Add salsa and lemon juice and stir, add the spices and stir some more. Put in the fridge while preparing the gratin

Fry the beef and add the taco spice mix, pour it in an oven-proof baking dish.
Pour the corn over the meat, chop the onions and tomatoes and add them. (I like having big pieces)
Cover everything with Guacamole and then cover it with cheese, bake in oven for ~15 minutes at 200 degrees (celcius if it differs between countries)
Serve with a cucumber sallad and (if you're not on a diet like me) bread. :)
