Hello My servsafe has expired and I am looking into Sous Chef jobs.
I need to get ServeSafe certified again.
Can I just acquire the food handlers permit off Servesafe website?
Or do I Need servesafe manager certificate?
I Cant find a straight answer on google, and I forgot which certification I had when I was certified as a sous chef.
