Citrus cajun shrimp with avocado sauce (just some lime juice, pickled jalapeno juice, and avocado) and onions.
Beef with yummy spices topped with the obvious.

And a glass of whiskey. B)

Fried catfish (cornmeal batter) sammichs with a tomato and cucumber salsa. The salsa consisted of tomato, cucumber, parsley, lime juice, soy sauce, sriracha, salt, and pepper.

King's Hawaiian hot dog buns were used. :D
