Basically I just want to share with you guys some of the dishes I've made and will continue to make. I love cooking and I love experimenting. ^_^ Feel free to comment, ask questions, contribute, whatever!

Last night's dinner:

  • Pork chops marinated in whiskey, brown sugar, bay leaves, worcestershire, garlic, salt and pepper, and olive oil.
  • Mashed potatoes with butter, heavy cream, salt and pepper, colby jack cheese, and vegetable stock.
  • Broccoli with butter and salt.

Haven't had cooked salmon in forever. This looks amazing and I'll have to make one of these for myself :)

I highly suggest it! Make sure to make the skin really crispy and use it as croutons for the salad! :D

Been quite busy with life lately. ^_^ Here's one I did a couple days ago:

Pan seared salmon marinated in sesame seed oil, soy sauce, and olive oil on top of a citrus avocado sauce with a side of purple fingerling potatoes cooked in spiced butter.

My God sir. You are an artist whose brush is a kitchen and whose canvas is a pallet.

I really enjoyed the placement of the glove there. I also enjoyed the fact that it's not a potato picture.
