had quite a bit of good craft beer this week, my buddy that works at hermitage got married, so at the rehearsal dinner we had a sixtel of almanac ipa

at the wedding itself we had 4 kegs, Ale of the 2 Tun Imperial Stout, Single Hop Series – Citra, 408 Session IPA, and Villa Street American Red Ale, there is still some left over of each so i took the keg of 2 tun, its probably half full. lol

for wedding gifts, he found each of our favorite styles and got us each a hard to find beer, and got us each a bottle of almanac Grand Cru Red: 2016 Vintage and Grand Cru White: 2016 Vintage. he actually got me 2 special bottles Bourbon Barrel Aged Dark Lord Imperial Stout by 3 Floyds Brewing Co. and Hunahpu's Imperial Stout - Double Barrel Aged by Cigar City Brewing

So far, it's a local one that brews for many well known companies. Hermitage brewery.

im a big fan of IPAs, but im starting to drink and enjoy more and more stouts and porters .
Big fan of ipas as well, I enjoy stouts but not the ones that are harsh to swallow. More into high percentage sours.

My favorite so far is Russion River in Santa Rosa, The sour pig is AWESOME, pliny the elder is a legend and so is it's older counterpart. Has a bit for everyone. It's what got me started in the finer beers selections.
