What do you have?

I'm working on a few

-Evolution R.I.S -- Russian Imperial Stout thats brewed with single origin Sumatra coffee beans, sits around a hefty 9.5 ABV
-Evolution spring migration -- Rum barreled Golden Ale, great flavor lots of oak profile
-Palo Santo Marron -- Love that dogfish head is local! Unfiltered brown ale thats aged in Palo Santo wood, really has its own idea of what a beer should taste like. Beautiful flavor

Thats it for me right now.. And I don't think i'm buying anymore for quite some time.

Headed to the Hoof Hearted release tomorrow. Sadly it's not one of their best offerings and was kinda last minute. If I'd have known I would have arranged it so I could hit that then go to the Nutsmasher release but oh well.

its fucking amazing

they take "regular" parabola which is

Parabola
Russian Imperial Stout

Parabola is a beer of darkness and immensity, a barrel-aged beast that is routinely ranked as one of the top beers in the world. This Russian imperial oatmeal stout is aged for
a full year in a blend of bourbon barrels from Elijah Craig, Four Roses, Pappy Van Winkle, Woodford Reserve and Buffalo Trace, developing flavors of rich, chewy roasted malts,
charred oak and bourbony vanilla. Parabola bares its teeth with its impenetrable black hue and soaring alcohol, yet its bite remains refined with a silky, balanced finish.

and then infuse it with coffee

Barrel Aged Imperial Stout
Infused with Coffee
ABV: 12.5% // IBU: 82 // Espresso Black

Parabajava is an ongoing series exploring the infusion of coffee into Parabola. This beer was created for our Father’s Day brunch at Lot 613 in Los Angeles, utilizing the famed Intelligentsia
Coffee Company’s “El Diablo” espresso blend. This coffee lends espresso, roasty caramel, toffee, baker’s chocolate, molasses to the big rich character of Parabola. The complementary flavors
pair well with Parabola’s rich malt and smokey oak bourbon notes. Complex, smooth and seamlessly integrated, this beer is nothing short of amazing.
