found a whole case of Tiramisu-hoo bombers at a local store. Had to buy them. Beautiful beer. Smells like dessert and is an imperial milk stout so has a taste of it as well. One of my favorite beers.

Finishing up a six pack of Stone Americano Stout.
Honestly I love this brewery and sometimes it seems they can do know wrong in my eyes (or mouth!)

Imperial stout with a decidedly american craft brewing influence and a distinct and purposeful coffee flavor.
Great beer but I'm not convinced at the price point ($17.99 for a measly six pack)
Very hoppy for the beer style but hard to pull out specific hop notes. I do know that it has a very slight hop smelll, and a bitterness that feels more from hops than the coffee malts.
As for the coffee flavor, its good but nothing special. This is both good and bad in my eyes.
I've had coffee stouts that seem to waaaayyyy over-do it on the coffee beans but this strikes a nice balance.
On the other hand, its hard to tell the exact richness and flavor of the coffee bean. I really feel they could have mad an almost identical tasting product
with much cheaper coffee beans thus saving us consumers a lot of money. Really that's my main grief with this beer; $17.99 for a six pack seriously seems absurb but it is good and definitely worth a try,
especially if you like coffee and beer.

if that price point bothers you, you should get out of craft beer while you still can

it gets much much more expensive depending on what you "need" to have lol

Terrapin from their limited release series.

It is a bit sweet, but a nice finishing beer. 8.5% but easy drinking and great mouth feel. Not super dense. Currently enjoying a Sunday Morning Stout from weyerbacher. Bought a few four packs. Some for now and some for later. Great beer

Apparently I don't know how to post an image anymore. Whatever.

i had pliney the younger yesterday, wasnt even trying to get it, but the bar we went to (original gravity) had it and didnt make any announcements, so i figured what the hell.

its good, just nothing special, at least to me.

had a Elephant Heart de Brettaville by Almanac that was awesome. also had a Lower de Boom by 21st Amendment and im not a big fan of their stuff but this was great. and had a Common Sense & Wisdom by Sante Adairius Rustic Ales, its a Oatmeal Porter conditioned on Raspberries and it was amazing, my favorite beer of the day.

Last night cracked open some NE hops and I wasn't let down in the least:

Started with a Bissell Bro's Swish and the nose was out of this world. Poured super hazy, looked like orange juice. Taste didn't let down in the least. Big citrus flavor. Maybe my favorite IPA of all time

next was The 87 from Night Shift. Hard to follow up the Swish, but it still had a great piney nose. Poured a transparent orange. Taste was pretty similar to a normal DIPA just with all those flavors enhanced a bit.

Had Sip of Sunshine after. Pretty similar to The 87 except maybe just a little smoother and easy drinking. All in all a great IPA

Last for the night was Green from Treehouse. Poured very similar to Swish but the nose was clementines. Flavor followed the nose and was a real treat and as far as quality id say just on the toes of Swish as well
