Been a little busy lately with my sister's wedding coming up. Hopefully I'll cook something nice today or tomorrow. ^_^

Totally forgot to post this one from the other night:

  • Lamb chops marinated in olive oil, fresh sage, ground sage, pine nuts, garlic, and salt and pepper.
  • Fingerling potatoes boiled and coated in a mix of olive oil, butter, sour cream, dill, salt, and white pepper.
  • Shiitake mushrooms cooked in a sauce of olive oil, Worcestershire, balsamic vinegar, salt and pepper, Dijon mustard, and ground nutmeg.

cooking is as simple as paying attention and building a large lego set. just follow instruction and make sure you keep an eye on the time if you've never attempted the dish to ensure you don't ruin it.
