Key Lime Pie Martini
-Stolen from my Corporate Restaurant, PF Changs

2 oz Liquor 43
1 oz Half & Half
0.5 oz Fresh Squeezed Lime Juice or Key Lime Juice - DO NOT USE ROSE'S LIME JUICE

Shake those ingredients with ice.

Add 3 rings of whipped cream into the shaker, continue shaking until the whipped cream is blended in.
Pour into a martini glass. Garnish the martini glass with a rim made of crushed graham cracker and float a lime moon on top.




I have one from PF Chang's. It's called the Imperial Fizz. I don't know the proportions off the top of my head but I could guess...

3 oz Orange Juice
2 oz Pineapple Juice
1 oz Simply Syrup
2 oz Mango Vodka

Shake those ingredients and pour into your favorite pilsner, with plenty of ice. Top it off with Kirin Ichiban or any other smooth, non-hoppy beer.

The first one is bad and is more like a cement mixer than anything cause the lime juice will make the half and half curdle

2nd one is juice and flavored vodka....typical overpriced drink at a corporate restaurant.

sugar and a splash of OJ in whiskey

won't make it curdle in those proportions, and the shaking will agitate it enough to break up any curdles that try to form

Probally

Captain Morgan and Canadian Dry.

Super dry Martini;

rinse shaker and glass with dry white vermouth (gives vermouth flavour to the drink but doesn't water the gin)
fill glass with ice and let sit
fill shaker with ice & 3oz gin (i like bombay sapphire)
shake till cold
empty glass of ice
gin in to glass
garnish with lemon

Or for mixies

Any Russian brand vodka (French vodka sucks ass)
Orange juice
pineapple juice
actually minute maid used to make this guava watermelon kiwi mix it was pretty good
