Great idea. I like food. I'll think about this and see what I have to offer later on.

anyone have good recommendations for low-ish carb high protein dishes? sick of bland stuff!

no polish or italian sausage, no mushrooms (unless for flavoring and I can just not eat them once cooked)

Noodle Sausages

I guess it's quite obvious how to do them when you see the picture.

Copy/pasted but I use this recipe and it is one of my favorite dishes.

TATER TOT CASSEROLE

1 can cream of mushroom soup ( or Cream of chicken whichever you prefer )
1 bag tater tots
Shredded cheese
1 lb of ground hamburger meat
serves: 6 or 7

Brown hamburger meat. Add cream of mushroom soup and stir together continuously.

Let simmer on low heat for 15 minutes.

Place mixture in the bottom of a casserole dish. Lay tater tots neatly on top of the mixture.

Place in oven on 350' and let the tater tots brown.

Sprinkle with cheese; melt it in the oven and ENJOY.

And for the broke/ghetto people like myself.

Peanut butter and Dorito sandwich. ( Only use cheese doritos )
