I didn't get a chance to post but 2 nights ago I made a stir fry with chicken.
I used cauliflower, broccoli, mushrooms, onions and zucchini.
I cooked it in soy sauce with garlic and sesame seeds.
I put it on a bed of white rice. :)

I also went to a cupcake shop and picked up half a dozen of their cupcakes.
I was not pleased by the cupcakes.. I mean they look amazing but they don't taste very different from each other.
Salted Caramel, Boston Cream, Guinness Beer & Bacon, Reeses Pieces, Cotton Candy and Red Velvet.
The salted caramel tasted like chocolate with some salt
The Boston cream had pastry cream inside so it had a different texture but it tasted like a vanilla cupcake with some chocolate
The Guinness tasted like only chocolate with a piece of bacon at the top
The reeses pieces also tasted like chocolate
The cotton candy tasted like a sweet vanilla cupcake
The red velvet was missing the cream cheese frosting!
Overall they were moist and tasty cupcakes but they all tasted similar.

Today for Dinner I made a caramelized onion grilled cheese.
I caramelized the onions and added a bit of balsamic vinegar.
I used cibatta bread and cheddar cheese aged 2 years.
I didn't get to take a picture of it but it was really delicious.
For Dessert I made banana foster with coconut rum instead of regular rum.
The sauce came out amazing and I saved the left over sauce..
I'm going to try and find something else to make with it :)
