My best friend and I are opening up a brewery in central NJ in 4 months. We will be making saisons mainly, we have been brewing like crazy on our Sabco V350MS for years now. We are getting a larger system very soon, keeping the V350MS for small test batches. we currently have 15 different recipes, 5 of them are completely solid at this point, working on refining the others. We just got a deal with a local farm house restaurant who will stock our beer, the owner of the restaurant also owns a couple of bottle shops where he is going to stock it as well. Got a nice 2500 SF barn we converted in to a brewery on the same property as the restaurant. Can not wait to oficially open and start brewing on a larger scale. We are going to keep it to just the two of us, have no plans for more employees. We also plan to turn it into a brew pub at some point. Wish us luck!
Dude, that's awesome! Good luck with your venture...that's something I'd love to be able to do in the future.

And, in keeping with the theme of the thread, this week I had a four pack of Mexican Honey Imperial Lager from Indeed Brewing in Minneapolis. Really tasty. Subtle honey, and you can definitely taste the orange blossom the honey came from. Nice sweet floral tones to it.
