Wrap steak in cheesecloth for 3 days marinate with a dry rub bit of soy sauce aswell..some use a cabernet or coke too.

alot of restaurants do this to their steaks aswell lol, dont knock it till you try it very tender juicy piece of meat

Seriously tho, marinating is a great way to add flavor to a cheaper steak, flank for example.

Nobody does that.. that isn't even a marinating process...

Salt and pepper.. I like to marimade a strip in a mix of teriyaki and some fresh ginger for probably an hour before grilling, that's the extent of it.
