Tonight I'm making a pretty damn good dinner, local mashed butternut squash, local roasted beats, apple cinnamon stuffed pork chop, and a apple cinnamon bread pudding (with local apples as well ;) )

Will post some pic's of the dinner after I'm all done making everything.

So come on all you chef's, post some of your own dinner adventures with some pictures as well!

I make Apple cinnamon/brown sugar granola stuffed porkchops all the time :)

Dunno if a name exists for this dish, I just call it Swimming Jacks.

Cook curry rice
Use tuna with oil
Empty oil in a bowl, add cream and seasoning (I use curry, salt, pepper, cayenne and paprika)
When rice is done, put it in an ovenproof vessel
Spread out tuna over it
Grated cheese
and at last add the mix with the oil and cream over everything

Put it in the oven at 230 degrees celsius (445 fahrenheit) for 15-20 min and it's done.

Easy peasy lemon squeezy
