the dark pink salmon... robust in flavour, with a sweet spicy season rub.. (sugar, ghost pepper, ginger).

Oh god, someone's from Washington lol. Tulalip Casino, went there once when I lived up there.

Shrimp/Lobster/Crab all tie for me...so fucking good.

Runners up: Mussels/Oysters.
