Stirfry
Tacos or Burritos
Tomato soup with cut, sauteed veggies
Anything involving eggs
Pretty much any noodle dish

I've found that a wok is my best friend in the kitchen. Stir-fry is just a step away from burritos. Eggs are exceptionally cheap, easy, and versatile.

Mini Pizzas

What you'll need:

English muffins or bagels
Tomato sauce
pepperoni stick
cheese (slide, shredded all good)
other toppings (green peppers, mushrooms etc)

Tomato sauce on bagel, then sliced pepperoni and then cheese. Throw it in the oven for 10 minutes at like 350* or just keep an eye for the cheese to melt etc. Incredibly easy to make and filling, make a few and you're good to go.

1 bagel or english muffin = 2 mini pizza bases.

And you can always store them in the fridge and warm them up later if you couldn't finish them all.
