In order for an egg to be really good for you, you need to know what your taking in, between meat dairy and cheeses, everything works together in your body when it's able!
Yolk's are the soul of Cholesterol, Vitamin A, Vitamin D/B12, Calcium, Omega-3s, and Selenium. however the too much vitamin is a bad thing, and 1 egg is almost an entire days serving of Cholesterol! so be careful with that.
Whites are great for balancing Sodium, and Potassium, but no fat! unlike the yolk.
If you want to go for the perfect diet, eat an egg with yolk in the morning, with a balanced amount of Fiber, take a Vitamin with it, exercise an estimated of atleast 45 calories. And make sure to eat a healthy meat, and dairy with Vitamin D in it. Make sure to get a little more fat in your diet if you tend to exercise more than average!
