For dinner tonight we had london broil, with mashed potatoes and honey glazed carrots

I'm good :)

I have some really nice food pictures on my phone of things I've made recently.
I'll have to upload them some time and post them in here :)

Whats wrong with american ;) It tastes good, plus the steak had enough flavor and a little garlic butter was tossed on after the pic was taken.

Made pork steak, roasted vegetables, roasted potatoes, whisky sauce and garlic bread, today.
Was really good.

I always have sauce on the potatoes/mashed potatoes/pasta/whatever, or in a small sauce pot, rather than directly on the meat.
Makes everything taste better, in my opinion.

Todays dinner;
Ground beef, diced paprika, diced avocado and corn with home made taco sauce and guacamole in a wrapped tortilla bread.

We've never called it anything, got introduced to it by my girlfriends parents couple of weeks ago.

Seriously didn't know it had a proper name, :lol:

Had some Cod tonight, oil, salt pepper, chopped up some parsley and mixed it with butter, oj, and orange zest, mixed it all up and tossed on the cod after it was cooked, served with some home made "steak fries".

Didn't take a picture, came out fairly good, i'm not the biggest fish fan but starting to expand more.

Right now I have some Brie baking in the oven inside a puff pastry with raspberry jam, topped with brown sugar and maple syrup, gonna have some fresh cut apples with it.

Had salamie and brie cheese pie with grilled paprika today.

Appriciated meal and will probably cook it more times.
