So one last time anyone ever cook with ghost chili like made it into a dry rub or a marinade

cant really decide what to use them all for got so much habineros also =/

Yes. Personally, I would make a salsa out of it. Then jerk chicken.

really for being edible by some people most u could prolly do is hot wing sauce for the brave salsa i find after awhile of sitting there gets to be unberable even to people like me who love ghost peppers

thx this helps alot
i feared that in salsa after sitting and marinating it just overwhelms the whole salsa instead of getting the spice depending on how much pepper u pull out with the chip.
