Blacken Sword Fish mmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm

damn that sounds so good.
sometimes they have it at Blackfish Restaurant at the Tulalip Resort Casino on special.

My #1 fav would have to be grilled or broiled Coho Salmon.
the dark pink salmon... robust in flavour, with a sweet spicy season rub.. (sugar, ghost pepper, ginger).

it has to be filleted correctly so that bones aren't everywhere. i had to look up how to spell ˈfilleted '

Have you ever tried real Dover sole? It's pretty similar to flounder or flake, but I've never been able to find the real thing. Most supermarkets just advertise a specific type of flounder as sole, but it's not actually real sole. They're both flat fish so I'm sure it's hard to tell the difference.

I've heard it's got a much better flavour. From what I know it's pretty hard to find it outside of Europe.

Blue Crab, I have had lobster one time at Red Lobster wasn't a big fan of it really.

Red Lobster = the McDonalds of seafood restaurants
Try lobster at a good restaurant before dismissing it entirely.

Personally lobster, Alaskan king crab, mussels, calamari are my favorites.
