if you want to poach eggs do it the right way,
bring pan of water to boil, crack egg and drop it in, let cook for 4-6 mins depending on how soft you like your eggs

there is a thick membrane on the yolk of an egg, you have to really give it 3 or 4 good pokes. you wont get a runny yolk cooking them in a microwave, it just doesn't work.
