A sauce me and my Chinese fiancee invented (prob not first but didn't view recipe)

so simple:

Oil a pan so things don't stick/liquid base for flavor

sautee green onions for 1 minute, then add soy sauce, lemon juice and brown sugar.

We put it on vegetables, meat or w/e and eat with rice every time, it's so good, try it you'll like it.

or just eat it with plain rice, but use less brown sugar if you do because the sweetness makes it a bit monotonous on plain rice.

theres a lot u could add to that sauce but the most important is oyster sauce. ur fiancee should be familiar w/ that. lee kum kee is my brand of choice.

op, i'd suggest u try out pickled veges. it can take some getting used to. but theyr cheap and keep fresh a long time. nutritious and there are so many varieties. asian, mediterrean, european

Duck sauce is pretty good. My Korean roommate introduced me to it this year, and it's pretty dope. I don't know why it's called duck sauce, though.
