i eat beans smashed a bit, then add olive oil and salsa. it's too wet for me, so i add bread to thicken it up. simple and healthy

That actually sounds very nice and filling from breakfast to lunch. Probably going to try this, excluding the olive oil. Unnecessary imo.

If you like that, you should try refried beans mixed with rice and guacamole or salsa on bread, or a tortilla.

i originally started with something similar. refried beans with rice and cheese. then saw a youtube vid of scooby where his idea of a simple quick meal was a can of beans with salsa, nuked in the microwave. then mixed the ideas. partially mashed beans with salsa and a carb for thickening. added olive oil for fat since it was missing in my diet.

Baked quiche with pulled pork, or the usual ham and cheese. Or just bake eggs n fillings in muffin tins. Beef and bean sliders wrapped in home made foccacia is pretty bad ass. Cous cous greek salad with chicken holds well in my lunchbox.

Needing ideas for easy to make and or cheap to buy food for breakfast and lunch when I'm usually on the go and only have my lunch box and no device around to hear my food.

Must be:
Healthy (nothing too extreme but better than fast food)
Able to eat while driving or on 30 min lunch break
Able to be eaten with no cooking device
Eating utensils are option able
Made from scratch unless it's simple like just straight strawberrys.
Something that can be made or saved in bulk
Hopefully something that won't break the bank buying.
I prefer organic and real food (yeah I know that goes against breaking the bank part but it doesn't need to be organic but if you suggest bread as an example I would want an actual good lost of bread and not Sara Lee garbage)
Something that will give me the energy and nutrients to build muscle and perform through my physical job.
This isn't a must but if it didn't need to be kept cold that would be a bonus. I take a lunch box to work and only throw in frozen water bottles which I drink so often by lunch there is only one half frozen bottle left.

Foods I won't eat: mushrooms

Examples of what I'm looking for; homemade healthy granola bars that I could make in bulk and freeze.

Goal: lose weight and gain muscle (naturally not body building) and have enough energy to do a minimum of 8 of super physical work.

Thanks in advance!

for breakfast.
grab an egg and a coffee cup
grease inside of cup and microwave for 1 minute

while you wait, throw a english muffin in the toaster
if you have a sliced Canadian bacon mb nuke that for 30 seconds

and boom
2 minute egg muffin at your fingertips

cheese and butter optional
i like to use mustard

for lunch just grab a bag of premade salad with the dressing/croutons included
and mb a can of 100% chicken breast.

you dont even need a bowl just pour it all in the bag give it a shake.

mb only use half the dressing most those salads give you way to mutch

Sounds disgusting AF

I actually enjoy cashews. I once made this killer cashew cream sauce on top of broccoli.

Delish!

As for on topic,
Make some pancakes and add vanilla muscle milk powder to them
Make it all on a Sunday, freeze, microwave 30 seconds.

Will cost like 30 cents a pancake? Roughly

Or even waffle. Same concept.

And imo easy to grab and go and eat.
